We (me and my family) came back 6 months since our last stay in this resort. The excellent service we experience before was still the same and we had a really good stay. What made this stay special is that we celebrated my daughter's birthday and the staff went out of their way to present her with a beautiful and tasty cake complete with African dancing and singing. It made the whole birthday celebration very special.

We stayed almost a week in the resort. While the food is excellent (and the best in the lake area), we were able to eat through the entire ala carte menu in no time. If I can make a suggestion, it is only for the management to perhaps have a wider ala carte menu/selection. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we will definitely be back soon.

Dear Bong,
Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed the special dancing and African singing from the crew for your daughter's birthday - we love birthdays and love it when our guests enjoy our signature presentations.

Your comments on the alacarte menu are noted and will be discussed with the Chef.

See you soon.

The rooms were heavenly. Utmost attention paid to the smallest details, even knowing the guest names and planning for their needs in advance. The fact that it was a busy weekend and they still managed to hold it was amazing.

The parking can be a bit hectic at the suites side as the spaces are never enough. Ended up parking at a different suite some distance from ours.

Room tip: Make sure you pick the suite top rooms with the outdoor shower.

Dear Dennis,
Thank you for sharing your experience at the resort with us and other guests. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and you are right, our parking by the villas can be a little squeezed. In our effort to ensure we kept our natural vegetation and lovely landscaping we had to compromise on the parking. To reduce the impact on our guests we have our golf carts to shuttle guests from the main parking to their rooms - hope this helps the next time you visit.

Welcome Back.

I would say that Enashipai is overrated after staying in other hotels in the same vicinity. The rooms were average, service was also quite on an average level. You ask for filled hot water bottles for keeping the kids warm they bring them empty expecting you to fill them yourself! Request for a cart @ night to move the family from your room to the restaurant none is available. Had to walk quite a distance. Explanation was that they only have one in use @ night for all the guests. Spa was a non starter. Please employ some experienced masseuses. The play area was not manned until we kept asking for someone to watch the kids play and had to keep asking for them to be watched so they could swim. Food was not the best. I only enjoyed the breakfast. I reckon the resort is OK for conferences but definitely not for a family get away.

Dear VTCRoom

We are very sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that you felt that we were overrated. The Kids play room is manned during the whole day and we even have full time pool attendant, the gym instructer and the animator on duty, it is always manned, especially over the weekends when we get alot of parents coming with their children.
We have 4 golf carts available to take our guests to and from their rooms hence us only having 1 again cannot quite understand this.
All the guest rooms have water bottles in the rooms in the event that guests would like to make use of them. We have never had any comment saying that these should be filled beforehand as they are already in the rooms for the guests to use.
The Spa is rated as one of the best in East Africa if not Africa, we have been through all our guests comments and have not come across one negative response. So we would like more information as to what is was that did not please you.
In order for us to address your comments more fully would it be possible for you to email me direct at amuir@enashipai.com so as to get more information when you stayed here and be able to comment further.

I had an amazing time but it is pertinent to mention the hospitality is like no other. All 5he staff are courteous, even as you walk around the place from the guard to the chef, they all say hello and are pleasant. Joyce at the play area is amazing with kids and their care and dedication you don't have to travel with your nanny. A family holiday can be just that. Sarah a trainee but you would not tell. Courtesy and service like I have never seen. The hotel is a true definition of matching your scenic views with your service. Amazing and beautiful! !! A must go to!

Dear barbkenya

Thank you very much for the review on Tripadvisor and that you enjoyed your stay with us together with your family. Joyce in the childrens room is good with children and is very experienced, especially with the amount of children that she has looked after during her time with us.
We hope that we see you back soon!

The food was great especially breakfast.
Its like a very different world in there with greenery as one forgets they are in the dusty Naivasha....

Dear Kingi

We agree with you that Enashipai is a small green oasis within the Naivasha area. We do spend alot of time on the landscaping of the property and we have a water recycling plant to ensure that we can water them well.
We are glad to note that you enjoyed your stay with us and hope that you do not take to long to return.

Best regards
