Not the best time of year to eat fresh fish in Margarita. All fishermen with their families and probably enjoying rum,beer and Hallacas the typical Christmas dish. So best best bet at the Dolphin are their salads with Tomate Margariteño (tomato only found in Margarita), Osso Bucco their casabe bread with cheese, and fortunately had very good spaghetti alle vongole , clams found in many Margarita beaches. Air conditioning and owners always present assures comfort and good food. Price in $ for mozzarella-tomato salad, meat dish and dessert about 10-15$ per person unofficial rate exchange!!! Only drawback, few flights now arriving at this beautiful island and a dangerous country to visit lately.
