Tough to rate this hotel - if you compare it with Chile Mainland it's on the basic side - if you compare it with other Pacific islands (eg Tonga) it's pretty good.
The room we had was clean and well looked after and the bed was comfortable. A mat would have been a good idea - a bare floor looked a bit basic to be honest. There is a pool but this was early season and it was pretty cool. Gardens are nice. Didn't eat in the restaurant - didn't look as if many people did but it wasn't anywhere near full on our stay.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry was v expensive but you have little option.
