We (3 generations, ranging from 7 months to 67 yrs) have just got back from 5 days in Yr Hen Feudy, just 2 miles from the fabulous Barmouth beaches. We all had a great time. The house is great, very easy to live in and with lots of scope for people to spread out. All the children loved a carpeted area under the eves, and there are 2 sitting rooms, so adults can spread out too, if they want. The weather was good when we were there but both sitting rooms have wood burning stoves so would be cosy if the weather wasn't as good. There is space outside for sitting out and for playing. A very good experience.
Nestled quietly within a space by the estuary, this has an astounding amount of room, inside with generous facilities. It has a great big enclosed rear lawn and a huge private South Facing, landscaped garden / orchard/ hideaway sloping away to the front of the property.
Parking is ideal on a level surface, where a separate lawned area provides a place to meet over a BBQ and sit out on the eight seater picnic table.
When you find the metal gate in the garden wall - it opens to the river estuary and you can capture the view that not many others will ever get to see.
