“Fab house in a great spot for the perfect family holiday!”
Reviewed 27 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The cottage was full of character & had a lovely seaside feel! Mum managed the top floor with ensuite despite recent hip op! ...and the two teenage girls bagged the other beautiful king sized first floor room which had plenty of space for them to spread their stuff! Ian kindly allowed us to take our three small dogs who loved the garden area (as we did!) and had plenty of space in the dining kitchen area. Long walks along the beach tired them out for the evening. Lyme Regis is a fab town too; with great shops, pubs, tea shops, as well as fossil hunting and crazy golf. An all round fab time for everyone!

“Perfectly placed and thoughtfully kitted out - a great place to stay!”
Reviewed 4 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

We had a lovely week in this beautiful holiday home, which really does feel like a home. It is very comfortable and there are lots of thoughtful touches which made us feel welcome (teenager and dog included!).
The house is in a great location, close to beaches, town, restaurants, Tesco and Coop, moochy shops and parking. Highly recommend!

“Lovely, Quirky Lyme Regis Property.”
Reviewed 7 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

We stayed in this lovely, quirky old house in the centre of Lyme Regis, over the Christmas week - plenty big enough for our party of 6 adults & 3 dogs & with everything you're likely to need.

The property is thoughtfully furnished & has lots of character with sloping, squeaky floorboards & different levels. The stairs are reasonably steep but not unmanageable for my 83yr old mother who opted for the ensuite room at the top of the house. This & the 1st floor bedroom is a very generous size, the middle room is somewhat cozier but still fine, although my son at 6'5" was apparently a little cramped.
The living room & kitchen are both well furnished & again generous sizes.

All in all a lovely place to stay in Lyme.

“Ticks all the boxes”
Reviewed 30 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

First impressions of the house are good - quirky and large. Decor is fine and certainly in character with the property. The two main bedrooms are large and the king size beds very comfortable. A slight caution is that the stairs are over 3 floors and this could be a problem for anyone who is not particularly agile. Overall this property ticks all the boxes. Location is excellent being set in the town centre with easy access to pubs, restaurants, theatre and sea front.

If anyone is looking for a spacious town house in the centre of Lyme Regis at reasonable cost then 6 Church Street will be very hard to beat.

Overall, a really good experience and would certainly recommend.

“Lovely old house in the heart of Lyme Regis”
Reviewed 1 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We had a really good week at Fermaine. The location could not have been better, right in town, a few yards from the sea front. The house is beautifully renovated with a fresh, coastal feel. Living room is large and comfortable and the main bedroom is huge. The en-suite room is on the top floor. Good for families but the rooms are on several different levels with steps up or down which makes it not quite suitable for the elderly or disabled.
The house has everything you need for a good holiday.
