“Perfect cottage for holiday”
Reviewed 29 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

If I write my feeling about my trip, probably I won't finish writing, Honestly, I and my friends didn't expect our trip to be so perfect. The house, the village, the amnesties, everything were perfect for us, add to that, everyone is friendly in this area.

We found all beaches closed to the property and looks fantastic, clean, we started from Porthcothan and end up by lighting a Barbecue at Trevose head with a cosy view over the sea.

I shouldn't forget Mr. Malcolm to thank him for his quick responses to all my requests. You were so helpful for me with all your answers on time

In nutshull, this trip made me so happy with full of energy to start back my job.

Thanks a lot. I would say 5/5. Well done.

Probably see you soon or next year.

Sofiane

“Well furnished property, where the owners have thought of and included all of the little extras”

This property was chosen as it met our needs of 3 separate bedrooms, being dog friendly and close to Padstow.....and because the photos looked lovely too.

The owner was really helpful and prompt in his replies to our questions prior to our stay, even sending over a short document of things to do in the area, instructions on how to find the property, pick up the key, etc.

When we arrived, we were delighted to find that it was even better (and bigger) than it looked in the photos...and they looked great! The owners had even left a lovely welcome gift of some Cornish biscuits ready with the tea, which was most welcome after a long drive.

The property was really well furnished, down to soap and handtowels in the bathrooms, and washing up liquid and tea towels in the kitchen. In fact there was even enough kitchen utensils to cook a full three course meal!

There was a secure garden at the back, and a drive to park 2 cars at the side. Location was good too, with some lovely (and dog friendly) beaches within 5 minutes drive and Padstow only slightly further than that.

The only minor downside was there was no wifi access, but then again this was a holiday so not essential...and like elsewhere in the country

So in summary, definitely somewhere i would recommend to others and somewhere i would look to stay at again in the future.

Thanks for your kind comments. We have now had wifi installed at Kernellas and do agree that this was previously something that was missing.

“If you are looking for the 'wow' factor, this is it!!”
Reviewed 24 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We have been to many park homes on our holidays but have never come across such a fantastically well equipped and comfortable place to stay. The children loved it as there is a small garden for them to play in and also at the top by the shop a childrens play area. It is dog friendly and although we didn't take any pets my mum and dad visited with their dog and used the designated area for dogs. The café at the bottom of the site is good for wifi and good value for a drink, they do food but we didn't eat there but the Glass House at the top of the site serves lovely food and very good value for money. There is a small shop for essentials but Tesco is only a 10 minute drive towards Padstow (it does get very busy and usually a queue to get into car park). Great location for exploring.!! Parking for at least 3 cars. Pictures do not do this place justice it is fantastic and would not hesitate to book again and recommend to anyone. Always had great communication with owner and very helpful.

“fantastic accommodation in a beautiful area, you won't be disappointed.”
Reviewed 10 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

we had a fab week in Kernellas. the accommodation was incredibly well equipped and clean and in a great location for all the nearby beaches and towns. we stayed with three teenagers and they all enjoyed a full and action packed week. they had a surf lesson with Harlyn Surf school ( you can use Tesco vouchers for this) and the jet skiing from Lusty Glaze Beach in Newquay was a highlight of the week.
We loved exploring all the local beaches, all of which are different and we had some fab weather which helps.
Would love to come back and would definitely recommend.
