I would recommend this property for small or larger groups. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It really felt home from home. Many of the bedrooms are en-suite and the eating area off the kitchen has lovely private views over the garden and to the sea in the distance. The table accommodated all of us to eat together. It's so lovely and quiet- I had the best nights sleeping I've had in a long time.
We did some great walks straight from the property -country and coastal walks. Padstow is a short drive away with its many restaurants, bars and shops.
A very relaxing holiday in a well maintained property. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.
12 of us stayed at Greenacres for a week and we enjoyed every moment thoroughly. The house is amazing, there was plenty of room for us all and a lovely spacious garden to play in. The house is situated in an ideal place being only a short drive to both Padstow and Newquay which all of us loved, not to mention a short walk from the beach. We all truly loved this holiday and did not want to leave, will definitely be returning.
Greenacres is in a great location, within walking distance of a lovely, secluded beach and just a short drive from the popular seaside towns of Rock and Padstow.
The property is very well equipped with everything a large group might need such as plenty of games and a decent TV for the kids, with a large and spacious kitchen with everything you might need for feeding large numbers. A very comfortable house, with a very practical layout and spotlessly clean. We will be back!
A very welcoming light and spacious house. Extremely family friendly, even has an equipped children's play room. Well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Plenty of things to do in the area with great coastal walks and at the end of the day very comfortable beds to collapse into!
A group of us - family and friends - rented Green Acres for the Easter week.
The house is ideally located, only 5 miles from Padstow and so close to fantastic sandy beaches and glorious cliff ridged coastline. There is good parking at the front for three cars, whilst inside, it is spacious and airy with a "warm" feeling.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the mod cons as is the laundry room. The living areas and bedrooms are comfortable and the garden is secluded to enjoy the sun or a barbecue.
The only gripes are the electric showers in some of the bedrooms - it does not matter what brand they are - they are not the real deal. Thankfully, the downstairs family bathroom has a shower running off the combi boiler. The Wi-Fi could do with an upgrade.
There are plenty of eateries, pubs and shops in nearby villages and supermarkets who can deliver to the door located at Padstow and Wadebride.
In other respects, a lovely house in a superb location within easy reach of a lot of beaches for swim and surf, beautiful cliff side walks. Equally, Lands End, St Ives, the Eden Project are within driving distance making this house an ideal point from which to plan out excursions.
