“fantastic house greta location”
Reviewed 12 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

We stayed here for a short break with my mother for an 80th birthday trip. we all loved the location, beautiful house with absolutely everything that you would need and good qulity furnishings. I would love to stay again sometime and having a parking place in the centre of the village was even better.
Steep narrow stairs to the twin bedrooms may be a problem for some partys, but it was fine for us

“Comfortable and charming cottage in prime location in Padstow”
Reviewed 16 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

It would be difficult to get anything more central in Padstow being virtually at the harbour edge. Convenient for the harbour, ferry to Rock, restaurants, pubs, hiring a bike for the Camel trail and walks along the coastal path. The house was beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished and warm and cosy. It had everything you could want including Wi-Fi, DVD, games, books and luxuriously comfortable beds. The kitchen was fantastically equipped (I've never experienced so much crockery, glass ware, cutlery and pots and pans in a holiday rental before). Despite being in the centre of Padstow it is a quiet location. A very minor irritant could be the extractor fan from the restaurant next door but it certainly didn't spoil our stay. All in all a great place to stay.

“Stylish and chic holiday home”
Reviewed 25 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

The house was very stylish and cosy - we had a few days of rain and were pleased to be staying in such a comfortable warm house. The location was perfect. The reserved car parking space was essential. The holiday file giving details of restaurants, days out, "things to do" were all very useful. A perfect holiday.

“A great cottage, if a little noisy.”
Reviewed 24 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

The cottage itself was lovely, well equiped and cosy. It was very centrally situated, which was great,. The only slight peoblem was a very loud extractor fan from the next door restuarant. Meaning that the person sleeping in the back bedroom had to wear earplugs.

Ther noise and smell of cooking was also intrusive at the lower garden bench, and in the higher garden, although beautiful views of the harbour.

Padstow was lovely, as was the Eden Project, as were the beaches. We had some great meals in local restuarants, best one was fish n chips by the harbour!!. All in all a lovely holiday.

“Perfect Cornish Gem!”
Reviewed 27 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Perfect is the word that comes to mind when I reflect on our stay at the wonderful Cobble House. The deceptively spacious house is situated in the very heart of Padstow and has everything you might need to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing holiday. From the very well equipped kitchen, beautifully furnished living and bedrooms to the boutique style bathrooms with invigoratingly powerful showers.....it really is perfect.

Our stay in April 2015 wasn't the best weather wise, but the anticipation of returning to such a cosy house to hunker down with coffee and croissant purchased fresh from the nearby bakeries, made stormy morning walks to Iron Bay all the more palatable!

If you are feeling indulgent, Padstow has no shortage of quality restaurants to eat in but if you enjoy cooking, Cobble House has a very well appointed kitchen which made preparing family meals a pleasure....a little tip, most of the pasty shops in Padstow sell off unsold stock at the end of the day for £1 a time so whether you are happy to pay £100 plus per head to eat in one of the fine dining restaurants or like us on a more modest budget every need is catered for.

So, in summary Cobble House is an oasis of luxury in the heart of one of Cornwall's most beautiful fishing towns. You will get looks of envy from other visitors as you open the wrought iron gate and walk the cobbled path to the front door of this Cornish Gem......your perfect holiday starts here........oh, did I mention that Cobble House is perfect!
