“Jacuzzi, all around one table TV, private bathrooms , nice garden.”
Reviewed 3 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Would recommend for big family to chill out and get away from it all (like we did), very good cake Victoria made, flexible approach, just perfect, practical property for 8 of us..Only the roads around there are not too suitable for large 4wd because the roads are too narrow. Went to see Hunstanton beach and Sandringham Flower show and Extreme place in woods near Kings Lynn, Lucky with the weather- end of July , had a trouble to find Chinese take away, appreciated the dishwasher and good selection of movies, big fridge was also very handy- very thoughtful..Very piece full surrounding, Victoria asked us to put the bins out which we happily DID (night before) but the bin man did not take them..not our fault, we tried..Thank you for everything..fam. “An amazing retreat - highly recommend!”
Reviewed 10 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We've just got back from a 4 night stay at Grassmere and we absolutely loved it. Our party consisted of two couples and two children and the house was perfect. It's in a lovely little idyllic village which is so peaceful and full of nature. The house is next to a small children's playground and there is a lake right on your doorstep with ducks waddling around. Perfect for young children! The house is very modern but with lots of retro touches. It's equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. The spa is great and we enjoyed evening soaks in the hot tub. Would highly recommend getting some eggs from the chicken farm which is a few minutes walk away. We even stocked up on our way home because they were so delicious!

Huge thanks to Victoria for the wonderful stay and the delicious cake that was waiting for us on arrival. We will most definitely be back!

“Relaxing break”
Reviewed 4 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We stayed here Monday to Friday on the 1st week of the Easter holidays.
We were lucky enough to have fairly decent weather and it got better as the week went on.
When we arrived the house was spotless and very welcoming, especially the cake from Victoria.
The house itself is very spacious and homely. So well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were tea towels, cling film, tin foil, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee and sugar!
The view over the duck pond is just lovely and garden is a nice size too. Lovely to sit in when the sun is out.

In our group was my mother, my fiancé and myself. Four children aged 9,12,15 and 16. The noise from downstairs does travel up the the bedrooms easily, so our youngest did find it difficult to go to sleep once or twice.
I must say I was surprised at how good the wifi is!! With 3 teenagers using it a lot, it coped very well.

We all loved the hot tub. It's a good size and the lighting is great too. Myself and my fiancé liked the steam room too.

We found there isn't much nearby to do apart from some lovely walks. Although we did get a bit lost one day so it turned into an adventure rather than a short walk.
We loved seeing all the wildlife- hare's, deer, ducks and ducklings.
We also bought some very tasty free range eggs from a house in the village and saw all the chickens roaming freely.
All in all a very relaxing holiday.
Thank you Victoria for being so helpful
