We called in for a coffee only. It was the Manager who gave us the menus when we asked for coffee. She failed to even acknowledge us as we walked through the door and didn't bother to speak a word to us at all. Not a good welcome. A waiter suggested we change seats as we were very near the front door and it was he who took our order and brought it to the table. The coffee was fine but it was a bit of a nightmare trying to pay the bill. Whilst waiting at the till we noticed that the Manager was fiddling with the plated food that had just been made and which was waiting for service on the counter. I wouldn't have been pleased to know that she was touching my food had I ordered any. Were her hands clean, because she certainly wasn't wearing food gloves? I felt very sorry for the staff having to work under such a rude Manager. Clearly she's in the wrong job.
