This is our trip to The Hard Rock Tenerife. Yes it all glamour and clean and tidy but their app for reporting issues etc is awful , very slow at replying, when you report an issue you need action immediately not hours and hours later, even had to chase on the phone. The 16th floor was closed x2 during our stay of x7 days yet you don’t get to know until you’ve onto floor 16 and there is a sign on ten door “closed”, the only reply initially from the Hard Rock Tenerife if “it’s in the app” really !!!!!!!!!! If you believe you are so good then a sign should be displayed at location for ALL to see, reception, ground floor lifts etc not just on the 16th floor.
The shower was slightly dirty, someone’s hairs from previous guests in the shower
