First time for breakfast!
Very courteous and friendly staff
Ordered a jalepeno sausage roll and a chocolate covered long john and a daily special toffee nut latte. The jalepeno sausage roll was fabulous with a great sausage surrounded by jalepeno bread roll. It had just the right amount of spice in both.
The long john was very good but I mistakenly thought it would have a filling.
The only disappointment was the latte. Had a strong nutty flavor but no toffee overtones whatsoever.
Enjoyable breakfast.

If you like sweets for breakfast then this might be the place for you. We were hoping for more of a variety of non-sweet items but found there were not much to choose from for breakfast.

Ordered a Italian Cream Birthday Cake for a friend's 75th birthday. The cake looked beautiful and had Gold decoration. The cake was 4 layers with 3 layers of rich cream cheese icing and then decorated with the icing and toasted coconut and nuts on the sides. It was about $35 and it was according to all in attendance "the Best Italian Cream Cake they ever tasted." It was very fresh, moist and rich. Very, very good and filling.

We got into town too late to try this on the first day of our travels--so glad we took the time to go the next day. It was well worth going out of our way. We tried a blueberry danish, petit fours (with Hogs on them, of course), a peach turnovers, a plain croissant, fudge, and cake donuts. All were delicious! The croissant was not as flaky and crispy on the outside as I would like, but were still pretty good. The cake donuts (and cinnamon cake donuts) were the best cake donuts I have ever tasted. They were fully cooked but not too hard on the outside. This was also a really fun place--they have gifts as well and plenty of tables. It looked like they did a good amount of wedding/specialty cake business. The staff was very friendly and accommodating--When they heard my granddaughter wanted a particular petit four that they had just grabbed to put in an order that wasn't as particular, the staffer quickly assured us that we could have that one! We'll be stopping by anytime we are traveling through.

Attended a child's cake frosting birthday party which was very fun thanks to good friends BUT the people who ran the party were grumpy, miserable and just plain rude. If you plan to enjoy your company while eating here, try to avoid staff involvement. Or just order to go. But do organize a party on the premises.
