If you are looking for spacious rooms, a great location and more of a B&B type experience than a full-service hotel, then this is the right place. We loved the really large room we had (#7) with all the windows. Also really appreciated the stocked refrigerator with complimentary goodies, like the split of champagne. The bed was very comfortable, the towels large and soft and our room was very quiet. We did not have a chance to experience the spa, so can't speak for that experience. We loved the location of this property - an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in the historic part of Eureka Springs. Would definitely return.

We loved our stay at the Palace. It’s a beautiful hotel and is decorated impeccably. They are very service oriented from the rubber ducky resting on the towels to the complimentary bottles of champagne and snacks. They will also bring you breakfast to your room and that is complimentary as well. The only thing I️ would add is that the room we stayed in was very loud with outside noise. It’s on the road and there’s a lot of foot traffic. It wouldn’t stop me from going back but you need to be aware that you might not get the best night of sleep you’ve ever had.

The hotel only has 8 rooms but they are really nice rooms. With it only having 8 rooms it remains pretty quite. Our room was #8 and was really large with a huge jet tub, air conditioning/heat, seating area, eating area, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is stocked with the traditional coffee but they go a step further with champagne and cheese in the fridge. They also provided bottled water, cokes, sprites and diet cokes. They supply you with robes to go down to the spa. I did not get pictures but the stairs to the parking lot are a peaceful area to sit and relax. We will definitely stay here again. They are not handicap accessible. And if you cannot handle stairs I would stay away from this location. The elevator has not been used since the early 1900's. They do offer breakfast but it is served in your room. But it was very nice. It was juice, fruit and Danish of some sort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We plan to return and further enjoy the quaintness of this historic hotel. The only drawbacks we found were parking and the fact that our room was on the second floor and we used the stairs to get out baggage there. There was an elevator, but not sure if it was operational. Staff was great, and very helpful with information about the town. Highly Recommend!!!

It is period authentic, expertly maintained!
The staff was off the hook helpful with making our stay as perfect as possible and absolutely knowledgeable about the right things to! Make sure you plan a spa outing at the hotel!
