Way back inns in Denmark were the places to go if you wanted to have a choice of dishes on the menu and also to get rather traditional dishes. At Weis you get exactly that + some more modern interpretations. The menu offers several choices including a Danish tradiional: several small dishes on the same plate called a 'platte' (thus you can create your own smørrebrød). We had plaice on rye bread with a sauce remoulade - it was good! Service was very kind and helpful and sitting on the street next to the cathedral on a sunny early afternoon made it a pleasant experience.
