Me and my partner love Andorra, we where delighted when we arrived at the hotel as it’s no more than a Minute walk to the slope, the hotel was okay, as expected for the price. The price does not include a sauna, it’s not even in the hotel, you have a 25% or 40% ???discount at the swimming pool located at the very bottom of the town. This isn’t really clear on the website, food was okay but most of all the waiting staff was fantastic, the friendliest people ever we had such a laugh with them, unfortunately I can’t say the same for the owners, on our last night a picture frame just fell of our wall, understandably we knew that this would be hard to explain, there customer service was terrible they had no time to hear what we had to say, they yelled and shouted, said we must pay, I would have paid if it was our fault but in this instance it wasn’t. The man slammed his hand down on the table and along with the women they walked off leaving us confused and in shock, they shouted at us in the middle of the bar if it wasn’t for one of there lovely staff members offering a hand to translate we would have no idea what they where saying. We was not the only ones this happened to that week, I would recommend still going as it’s a great location but let’s just hope you don’t have the same encounters we did. Such a shame as up until the last night it was very pleasant.

Good points:- it's close to the slope.40m uphill and your there.Warm rooms and good ski lockers. Nice staff.
Bad points:- top end of the village where you have to walk to. Could do with wall hooks in the room to dry your ski gear on.Had to use the stairs most of the time. Buffet breakfast fatty bacon and some egg thing in a tray but usual European meats as well. Dinner buffet was oven chips every night sometimes so hard you couldn't get a fork in without exploding and we had turkey three night and some kind of animal leg with big bones twice. One night there was a big tray of cooked steak on the hot plate that looked great. It was cold and the blood was running out of it.Ended up by eating out.
