New paint and ceiling fan. New, big flat screen tv, with basic cable. No channel guide. Newly renovated bathroom, clean, nice. Towels: thin and sandpaper. Comfortable bed with obviously clean, fresh linens. Outdated nightstand. Quite and safe. Decent price. Nice staffs.

Very clean, flat screen TV, microwave, small refrigerator, microwave, heat and AC. Easy entrance close at the door parking. Being remodeled one room at a time by new owners. Friendly staff. We paid ~$75.00 for a Saturday night . Much cheaper and just as clean than anything we looked in Flagstaff.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, especially the bathroom, in this budget hotel. The owner and staff are welcoming with good advice on things to do and places to eat in this jumping-off stopover on the way to the Grand Canyon. Safe parking is excellent even when pulling a trailer.

Great welcome by the lady owner. Well informed and nothing was too much.
Rooms are dated but everything was spotless and clean.
Laundrette right next door. Outside coal BBQ and pool was closed but we knew that when we booked.
All night gas station next door for sundries required.
Trains come through but all the places in town would hear them. I love to hear the rumble of them so no problem.
At the end of town so but Rosies Diner just a block away.
Sunny and good cleaners

Route 66 is all about the past and this motel adheres to that premise. In realty terms it has very little kerb appeal but the room we had was fairly large and clean. There was a pool at some point but this is now in a state of disuse as was the bbq area when we visited. It's right on the edge of town but it's only a short walk into the centre and all it has to offer. Don't bother trying to check in before time because there will be no one in the office but if you want a cheap clean, if slightly outdated, motel with no thrills, this could be for you. Oh and the toilet flush in our bathroom was the strongest we've experienced anywhere in the world!
