I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for private secluded villa. It is very clean and comfortable. We are planning to come back next year.

CP Home Services were professional & courteous and up for a chat about Cyprus and providing local knowledge.
The Villa is adjacent to very a quiet road at the front aspect. Two five minute walks get you either to the sleepy village of Lysos or the hotel Paradisso in the opposite direction. It sits within a collection of 6 other villas but is not particularly overlooked. The villa that is immediately adjacent has been left uncompleted for a number of years which adds to the privacy rating. Polis is a 15 minute drive away with little in the way of public transport so you need a car. The villa is some 600m or so above sea level. The view from the front patio looks out north west over a small field and other villas in the distance.
The villa was cleaned to a high standard and was well equipped for cooking and included a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD, stereo, air-conditioning throughout and had fans.
There was no WIFI during our visit and the mobile internet was poor and expensive by UK standards.
The pool is solar heated and there is a cover to keep it insulated overnight. There are plenty of tables, chairs and loungers in the generous patio area.
I can recommend the small quantity of bars and restaurants in Lysos and there is one small supermarket for bread and milk etc. The Hotel Paradisso is well worth a visit for none guest dinning/breakfast and has terrific views, huge patio area and is well reviewed on trip advisor.
Polis is a small town with plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants plus a large supermarket which opens relatively late.
We enjoyed our visit to this very relaxing villa and we saw many a sun set accompanied with a drink or two. We would stay again.
