Hilton just recently bought out the Graduate (news released on 3/14/24, and closed sometime in July/Aug), and the transition is not good. I tried to call the Graduate Tempe directly to modify an upcoming reservation that I made in July for October but the line has been busy for several days. Then I called Graduate Hotel corporate which led me to the Hilton, and Hilton did not have my reservation even though I have the email reservation. They told me to go and call the Graduate Tempe directly. I hope I can get through at some point in the next week, and get to the bottom of this. But you might want to avoid booking here until the dust from the corporate buy-out transition settles. I wonder if the phone is non-stop busy from other customer problems....
