The mattress was dirty it had vomit on the side. Was not able to get more blankets or towels. Room was dirty. This is the worse Days Inn I’ve ever stayed at.
The room looked and smelled awful. There were stains in the carpet and it smelled like urine, I was afraid to walk around without shoes. There was sticky residue on the nightstand. the furniture was beat up, which is understandable, but the drawers of the dresser wouldn't even stay closed. I was familiar with how the shower worked, it had the same handle as my apartment, but no matter how much I turned it toward hot, the water remained freezing. The AC was easy enough to figure out but didn't smell clean. I was afraid to touch anything in this room and spent a very uncomfortable night laying on top of the sheets. I had a difficult time getting ready in the morning with a cold shower and questionable towels. The one good thing I can say to future guests is that it looked like they were remodeling some rooms. I walked by one with the window open and no carpet on the floor and below in the parking lot a lot of furniture was sitting next to the dumpster, taking up some parking spaces. I will never return to this hotel and may never stay at a Days inn again.
Letter being sent to Wyndham Hotels. Terrible experience. Plumbing not working and safety issues with guests including prostitute in parking lot.
Everything was great. Only problem I have is I give my security deposit and its recieved immediately but I am having to wait for a week to get it back.. just a suggestion other hotels are not charging the security deposit if the customer pays with their card and if the room is messed up and obviously the car to charge so maybe you guys could start doing that. That way we don't have to wait a week to get our security deposit back when it's given to you immediately. And I know it takes some taking on the bank but you know just to give us less of a hassle appreciate your time thank you.
