Rooms was small but functional. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Reported slow draining sink to management at checkout. We arrived late (after office closed) so didn’t have opportunity to request extra towels. Of the 4 towels we had, 2 had questions stains so we stared 2 towels with 4 people.

This place was a great find! We were in Sedona for a quick weekend wedding and didn’t want to spend a ridiculous amount on a hotel after already spending a ton on our plane fare. When we arrived at the Inn, Becky greeted us and was super friendly and laid back. She gave us a little background about where we should visit while we were there. The room was a little bungalow, very cute and tucked away toward the back so we had privacy. They also had a parking spot reserved for us. The location is great because it’s right on the main strip, but toward the end. Easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was small (we didn’t need anything extravagant) but very clean. Becky gave me her cell # in case I needed anything during our stay. I thought that was really nice and an added personal touch. Highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Sedona!

The feel of this Hotel just fit with the Sedona experience. We've stayed at the Best Western about 100 yds down the road and I like La Petite Sedona better. Our King room was upstairs and had huge windows showing off the view outside. Nothing fancy but felt good. We'll be back.

We stayed in Sedona for 3 nights. The owners are very nice and helpful. The location is very handy and our room had a great view and was very spacious. On the downside it wasn’t as clean as I hoped and expected. It was also way to expensive for what it was (250 Dollars a night). There was no housekeeping within 3 days and when we asked for it, we were told that it was in the smallprint we signed which was quite disappointing and we would have liked to know before. It was still convenient and when Sedona is busy, it’s not a bad option. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at La Petite Sedona. We hiked all day and took advantage of the clean room, hot shower, complimentary bath products, and comfy bed. An added bonus was the location. We didn't need to get in three car and fight the Sedona traffic to get a bite to eat. We walked a block to the shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona. Super easy! The place is older and unpretentious, but if you go to Sedona for outdoor activities, this place is pretty sweet. A javelina even walked by our room one night.
