This trail was awesome. Not that strenuous and easy to get to the bridge. The sites along the trail were very nice and the trail well kept and marked. When in Sedona this is a must.

We arrived at 7am which was a perfect time of the day to hike. Temperature was cold to start but we weren’t blistering hot in the sun. We took the full hike, not the dirt SUV only path. The hike is fairly easy (I am NOT a regular hiker). As you get about 5 minuets from the bridge, there are 2-3 fairly steep inclines that most people should have no issues with. If you get there early, the wait time to take a picture on the bridge is pretty short. Enjoy your hike!

This was a nice, easy hike with just a touch of steepness. The Devil's Bridge was crowded because it was spring break and there was a 20 minute line to get a picture on the bridge.

About 6 miles RT and 800' or so elevation gain. Picture on bridge is good Christmas card candidate. Like most top attractions get or early else it will get mobbed at the steep parts.

I'm not a big hiker but wanted to challenge myself with this hike. The first mile (from the trail parking lot to the Devil's Bridge tailhead) was okay. Many opportunities to take panoramic photos but the terrain is uneven and slippery in some areas so always watch your step! The hike up to the bridge is a gradual incline but that last climb up is steep; there are "steps" but it's only one way so if you go later in the day, this trail gets super crowded. The wait can be long coming down or going up as it gets later in the day. Pack enough water and snacks (and sunscreen) And, there are no bathroom facilities on this trail. The view from the bridge is spectacular! Another good reason to start early is to avoid the ATVs, Pink Jeeps, and Safari vehicles that come through the first mile of this hike. There were families there with young children. As a mom, this made my heart skip many beats, especially when families would take group shots on the bridge with their little ones. This would be a fun family hike but probably not with kids younger than 7 years, IMHO. Enjoy!
