This is the second time I have stayed at the Hospitality Suite Resort and find it very nice and a lot of fun. The pools are clean and so are the rooms. It is an easy access to many of the locations that I visit and the restaurant is very reasonably priced and good! There are quite a few children here because of baseball teams and they are in the pools at night so it can be a bit loud but not out of hand.

Stayed here at last minute for a weekend volleyball tournament. Staff was accommodating, food was good for our free cook-to-order breakfast, and rooms were clean. Outstanding value -- I recommend highly!

I'm not into spending $150+ for a standard hotel room when we only spend 8-10 hrs. there sleeping every night, so looking at the last minute in Scottsdale during Spring Training was a challenge. We were VERY happy with our stay here. The rooms were bigger than expected and had a small but full kitchen and BBQ'S outside for your use. I hate to get up and have to find a place for breakfast, wait 30 mins and then pay $30 for the three of us. This place includes a real cooked to order breakfast. Yes, it got old after 7 days of the same menu, but so are my breakfasts at home. The grounds were clean, the maids came every day and the neighborhood was safe. Had the best part was the FREE cocktails every night poolside from 5-6:30! This brought all the guests together and created a fun and casual party atmosphere. We would go back and will recommend this place.

Room Tip: Each building unit has a pool in the center. The block of buildings farthest away from the road is the quietest.

Was a wonderful place! From the start, the staff was great, getting us 3 rooms for the 6 of us next to each other. The area we were in was great, the pool was heated making the later night swims feel wonderful with the cooler nights. Grocery store and several restaurants very nearby. Was close to all main highways to get around Phoenix. Happy hour...rock on! The owner was very personable and attended a couple of the happy hours we made. If Rebecca is working during happy hour....she rocks! The rest were nice too : )
Will definitely return. Didn't get the free breakfast, you must book through the hotel to get the free breakfast, but that was fine we grilled ours with the grills they provided for us. Room was fine, shower a little small, but after being in Hawaii was used to that. Go Brewers, see you next spring!

Room Tip: Not sure, the rooms we were in were junior suites and they worked out just fine for 2.

My husband and I were in Scottsdale for Spring Training and the location was great, only a few blocks from two major freeways, so it was easy to get around to several of the stadiums. We had a small suite room: king bed and a small kitchenette which opens to the bedroom. It was not terribly spacious, but we weren't in the room that much so it served our needs. I stayed only one weekend, but my husband stayed on for another full week after I left, so it was convenient to have the kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, and sink), to stock up on breakfast and lunch supplies, and to store restaurant leftovers to re-heat.
The shower in our room was less than stellar, lots of hot water but very little pressure and an erratic showerhead pattern, hard to keep your hair dry if you're trying to just have a quick shower. But that was our only complaint.
Lots of parking near the rooms. Three swimming pools, and basketball and tennis courts. Also not too far from a greenbelt park for walking opportunities.

Room Tip: Rooms away from Scottsdale Road and not facing swimming pools are quieter. If you have kids and/or will be making frequent use of a pool, then you might prefer a pool-facing room. There are three pools on the property.
