The rooms in this hotel have no refrigerator (but maybe the suites do) . This is a rediculous oversight for a room costing $125.00 per night. Also, at check-in we were not given the necessary WiFi code so we had to go back to the front desk to get it.

We have stayed at Hampton Inns in many cities and states and we have come to expect certain things in the hotel. First, a frig and a microwave in the room. This is the first Hampton inn that we have stayed in that did not have them in the room. Second, three sets of towels, this works just right for us. This hotel only provided two sets. And a window that opens, hotel rooms can get a bit smelly. The windows in this hotel are one pane. My wife has Asthma and the room smelled like the rug had recently been cleaned and there was no way to open the window and air the room out.

The bed was positioned against the bathroom wall which seemed like a very reasonable thing to do. Except, the AC unit cycled on and off all night blowing cold air right on us. Every time it went on it woke us up with a blast of cold air.

The staff as always in a Hampton In did everything they could to make us feel comfortable but the best staff cannot over come the inadequacies of the building and its design. This was not our typical Hampton experience.

The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is kept very clean and organized. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast has lots of choices and offerings and the main meal changes daily. The rates are very fair for the services provided.

Close to everything ! Close to shopping- close to Sedona and Flagstaff- shopping and movie theater - dining choices - billiards - and bowling - Oh and there is a farm close by that has a farmers market on weekends !

We booked a king-sized room but were disappointed that it had no mini-fridge, the coffee bar was in the bathroom, and the bathroom had no vent. The bed pillows were thin, but the bed was comfortable. On the plus side, the location is great - right off the main road, and the hotel and the room were clean and safe. The front desk greeted us warmly upon arrival. Would stay there again, but would make sure to get a better room with a few frills.
