“Great little course and café”

Antelope Hills Golf Club - North Course
More attraction details
Attraction details
Owner description: The Antelope Hills North Course tests your fairway accuracy as it winds through sentinels of poplars, spruce, elms, cottonwoods, and weeping willows-deciduous trees unique to this desert climate. At a testy par 72, the mature 6,778 North Course has offered players on of the most spectacular challenges in Arizona public golf since 1956. Newly hired Golf Course Superintendent, Jerry Walsh, has the course in the best condition in recent years.

We played last weekend and even though it was very hot for Prescott there is lots and lots of shade, of course because there's so many trees it's easy to hit one and lose your ball. But that's more about skill than the course. It's a fun course to play although pretty busy. The restaurant has consistently good food and service.

Very well maintained. A little tighter than the South Course with a lot of Cottonwood Trees. Greens were well kept, but sand was a little shallow and inconsistent. Pretty and enjoyable layout. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and prices are reasonable with breaks for seniors and afternoon tee times. Certainly would play again when out that way!

This was a great day of golf. The guys in the shops were very nice and helpful to a couple that had never been there before. We teed of a few minutes early after finding the first tee. The fairways and greens were in good condition and it was a good layout. My wife and I both enjoyed the course. Nice course, nice views, good condition and a reasonable price of $41.

Bent grass greens, well-maintained. Variety of holes makes for interesting, non- desert golfing. Roughs and cart paths need attention.

Very nice, well kept golf course that will challenge your skills. The north course is more tree lined than the south course. Seniors play for less than $30 Monday thru Friday after 1130 hrs.
