Stayed at The Hyatt Place North for a week during Spring Training and we enjoyed our stay very much. Granted we were not on the highway 17 side nor did we have noisy neighbors so not bothered by noise. Room was clean, comfortable, good size for the price and in a quiet business area with walking trails and park close by which was a plus. Also being off highway 17 was very convenient for all the locations we were traveling to.
Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel everyday but when we did variety was fine and hot food was okay. Pool and exercise room a bit small but never overcrowded that we couldn't use either facility.
Nicest part of this hotel and the reason it gets an above average rating is because of the staff. Very friendly, Very helpful . Be it restaurant recommendations, directions or areas of interest they were more than willing to help. And no matter what time of day or how long you had been there you were always greeted with a smile

Room tip: Ask for a room on opposite side of the highway

The hotel is nice and clean, but it is too close to the highway. I requested a room change after the first night. The AC in room doesn't seem to work well. The fan is not turning on. I would like more fresh air in the room.

Not worth the money. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The free breakfast is also very disappointing; they do not serve the whole time but instead stop replenishing 30 minutes before the buffet hours are up.

Hotel was clean and up to date and the staff was friendly, but being located so close to the highway made it very loud and hard to sleep. I also found the bed to be very hard so I ended up sleeping on the couch
