So, our daughter made reservations for Christams day at this restaurant on OpenTable, months in advance for our family. There was listed a varied menu, with lots of choices. Once we got to the restaurant, we found a fixed price menu, with only 2 entrees we could choose from (we do not eat pork) and starters and dessert, which we would not choose. The manager was very accommodating, apologized that OpenTable did not specify fixed price, and agreed to allow us to pick from a few other choices. He suggested he could make the kids a chicken dish. Not having a lot of options, we stayed .the kids and one adult meal came out first, something a good restaurant would not do. (Not the wiater's fault, who was very nice). To make things worse and stimulated the review, we saw people at the bar on our way out eating sandwiches and other options not available to us. We were not happy campers.
The food was delicious. Our objections remain.

The breakfast was fresh and hot, the service was awesome it made the atmosphere pleasant thanks to Elizabeth who was a great host. I recommend this place to all who visit the downtown area. When you go into the restaurant ask for Elizabeth and she will make your experience one to die for. I’ll be back soon

We hosted two private breakfast events while attending a conference in Phoenix and the District American Kitchen & Wine Bar was perfect! Staff were super friendly, food was good, they were very accommodating even to last minute changes. I would definitely use them again and recommend!

While staying at the Grand Sheraton hotel this week, I was lazy and decided to dine at the hotel restaurant.

I planned for steak when I returned home so opted for the AZ Chicken & Biscuits, will have to say the Chicken Fried Meatloaf, that’s right “Chicken Fried Meatloaf” was super tempting. But AZ Chicken & Biscuits it was.

Super tasty Pecan smoked chicken, street corn and a gravy on the biscuits to die for. Incredibly delicious and a BIG DINNER.

Great HH drink & appetizer specials too along with friendly, helpful service.

My 2 cents.

Booked a restaurant in Phoenix for 40 people and found out 1 hour prior to our reservation that the restaurant, Scrambled to find a restaurant that could accommodate all of us. Reserved 5 tables for 6 on Open table and I thought there was no way they would be able to seat us let alone get the tables close together with such a last minute booking.
Paul is definitely a great asset to this restaurant !! Not only were they ready for us , he was working on getting the tables close together. He is fantastic. Ida and Edward were our servers and did an excellent job. They were on point, great service especially having that many tables all at once.
thank you Paul , Ida and Edward for making our night great. We loved the restaurant because the food is great and the atmosphere is amazing. We will definitely be back next year when we come to Phoenix.
