Absolutely horrendous service. The bellhop gave away bags to the wrong driver who did not have a ticket. Bags with laptops and medications were taken away and on a flight out of Arizona.
The front desk offered no compensation or help besides "will try to return bags ASAP"
Disgraceful

This is a great property. Staff very good. Good location. Golf course just okay - not worth the greens fee - play elsewhere. Our suite was really large. Food in restaurants was quite good.

We have also stayed in Boulders. Liked the Boulders a bit more because it was out of hustle bustle.

Do not expect good service. It is slow and inexperienced people who lack an understanding of the customer and anticipating their needs or wants. The Wright history is beautiful but the maintenance is mediocre so it is a but run-down. It has a great pool slide -- my 5-year-old was in heaven!

Beautiful property with poor customer service, misleading website, and should score a 2 out of 5 on quality. Website states that a steel drum band and movie night for family at pool during Spring Break in March. Nope. Pool frequently ran out of towels. Staff handled seating accommodations poorly. Anyone arriving at pool after 10:45 AM had nowhere to sit. Food was marginal at best and not kid friendly Buyer Beware. Expensive and not a quality resort.
