Not a bad hotel to stay at. A decent walk to the city but also closest to the airport, and plenty more convenient places to stay closer to and actually in the town. Internet and included breakfast were rather good. There was no 'secure' place to store your bags at reception other than next to the counter. Had to give back room key to reception every time you left the hotel and then collect when you got back but they didn't check photo ID or anything to make sure it was actually you trying to get the key to your room. Heating worked very well to the point of having to open the windows because it was too hot. No lift so had to carry all bags up a fair number of stairs

Room Tip: Rooms facing the town and not the road are quieter and have a nicer view

I wont recommend this hotel. It has goode service but the rooms are small and old. The beds are very uncomfortable and some of the beds are poorly maintained. The service is good thou, they are really friendly but it would be nicer if the rooms were much nicer and newer.

The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. Positive aspects: good (not great) breakfast, free wifi that works everywhere, big and comfortable room and bathroom, tv in the bedroom, friendly staff, reception 24h available. Negative aspects: the carpet in the room was kind of dirty, the heat in the bathroom was always off, far from the city (about 60 pesos by taxi). Do not pick the rooms by the lake. They are actually by the road with a view of the lake, and the traffic noise is really loud.

this was a more than OK hotel, young girl on Reception very pleasant, owner was a bit gruff but better for knowing. It is a 2 mile walk into town but a taxi back is very cheap even late at night.Breakfast is OK with pleasant service. Rooms more than adequate and those on the back are quiet with fantastic views, I would stay there again if I ever get back to Ushuaia

Room Tip: only on the back away from the road noise

Expensive and noisy lobby. Hotel is out of town. Manager, Mattias is rude and unprofessional. Lobby has a living room area with a large TV. Staff, manager, his little girl and wife spend time. Breakfast is poor. One night at 2:00am I phoned the front desk to please keep it down and the manager, Mattias told me they were watching an important boxing match since he allowed me to make a cup of tea in kitchen that should compensate for the noise. Mattias discounted one night. An apology is worth more.

Room Tip: None as I moved twice because of the noise.
