This hotel in downtown Ishuaia is definitely worth the money and the visit. Conveniently located near the restaurants and travel agencies os San Martin Street. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and WiFi is better than most places.

This is a great midrange hotel. Very convenient to everything in Ushuaia, comfortable rooms and efficient and courteous staff. The views (get a room in the back) are drop dead gorgeous. the rooms are small - what you would expect for this price range - but the beds are very comfortable and all the essential amenities are there. Like everywhere in Ushuaia, the room is overheated but that is what the window is for, right? Breakfast is modest (again, typical of midrange Argentine hotels) but fresh and tasty. Staff is cordial, friendly and goes out of their way to be accommodating and speak in English.

I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel and the location is superb just off San Martin street the main street with a lot of restaurants and caffe's. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all the times making recommendations on places to eat and arranging taxis. Breakfast is simple and offers some bakery, fruit and cereals but not as extensive as one could expect from a 4 start hotel. The room was spacious enough but the single beds were way too small for a good night sleep. When staying at a hotel bed is the most important thing and those were not big enough to rest well after a busy day trekking.

The Argentina trip was a while ago. I stayed at the Hotel Tierra del Fuego for a couple nights on a Argentine tour with my parents, so we had two rooms. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, with view over the port of Ushuaia. The staff was helpful to a beat. It is a very nice place to stay for a - back then - good value.

Very pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. Room was available to us earlier than check in time, friendly staff, great sized room, absolutely spotless, excellent location, good breakfast choice.
