On Ave Cordoba, Iguazu, there is a good choice of restaurants and this one seemed very popular and for a reason.
We had tender chicken with succulent sauce, raviolis filled with calamars and covered with a shrimp sauce with loads of shrimps…I was only expecting a sauce for the price!
The salad was good…Argentinians are not very big on greens and if you really want more than bread, meat and potatoes you must order a separate salad. All the salads I experienced during my 16 days trip were never anything to write home about. You always prepare you own vinaigrette with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar they provide on the table. You could actually mix a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip your bread in, although at this particular restaurant hey had a very nice spread with some sort of sour cream to spread on your bread
Our desserts: passion fruit mousse was light and delightful and so was my husband’s flan.
The price was reasonable considering the quality of the meal. They also have a nice outdoor patio.
