Amazing Service, the facility needs upgrades to satisfy 4 star rating

Enjoyed the beautiful view, spa and amazing service! However, it is missing few amenities to get to the 4* level:
1. high-end bath products (it only offers shampoo and conditioner) in a cheap wicker bowl, high-quality towels, bathrobe in the room.
2. Offer more healthy choices on the menu (breakfast and dinner): veggie/vegan
3. Could be cleaner, we found dead bugs under the bed

The staff went out of their way to satisfy our special food needs: 10 points for that.

Will go back :)
