the staff behavior was not friendly, they dont smile when they are working or talking with you.they cant speak english and worse is that they don't want to understand you. in block 2 elevator was not working correctly despite guests warning no one dont do anything.
OMG!!!!Our reservation was all inclusive but Chef put just one pice of chicken for you it was terrible behavior with guests.
after lunch or dinner time they turn off the light and it was not important that you are still eating your meal!
i never and never dont want to came back to this hotel.

Absolutely shocking ! The staff and management of this hotel is very poor. Me and my partner booked to stay for a week all inclusive but had to ring our travel agent to move us to a different hotel as we couldn’t bare it anymore. No staff or anyone speaks English which made communication very hard and most of the Times we were ignored when asking for anything. Me and my partner are not picky people and would never write a bad review about anything but this we just had to ! The food and drink is no where near 5 star standard everything tastes the same every day. They say there is a dress code for dinner time yet let every other non-English person come in shorts and sandals ! I could go on but really if you are English and looking to have a nice holiday in turkey avoid this place!

So this hotel came up as a last minute family deal, for myself, my partner and his 4 year old son. We were fully aware that we would be travelling to the resort when it was out of season, so we knew there would be certain draw backs.

After arriving very early in the morning, we were greeted pleasantly and quickly shown to our room and offered drinks and food.

The room was by far the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. Even my partner commented it was the nicest place he had stayed. Very clean and very modern.

As for the resort as a whole, we could not complain there was plenty of food available for the vast majority of the day aswell as drinks. On a few occasion we stayed awake long enough for midnight soup. The addition of having access to the private beach, which also served Buffett food and drinks through the day just added to the experience.

Although out of season, there was still plenty for the little one to do, play areas, animation team. Only draw backs was there wasn’t much evening entertainment. But we knew this would be the case.

I would agree with the other reviews and agree that it is predominantly a German and Russian resort and of the language barrier with staff, but we were aware of this before travelling as we done our research.

Overall, based on the price we paid and the experience we had, we would both highly recommend this resort to couples and families.

Right going be brutally honest.

Check in was completely fine no issues

Food was ok always something to eat the kebab was very good. However did become a bit repetitive.

The drinks were good quality can’t go wrong with a vodka slush puppy.

The beach bar is handy and only few min walk.

Some of the staff can be abit stuck up or come across that way. There is a fair bit of a language barrier however your in another country what do you expect.

Do not use the shop in the hotel he’s a robbing git. We bought couple bits and was 30 lira walked to the shop down the road literally 2 mins same stuff about 9 lol.

There is a local bazaar a 5 min walk with a lot shops and the genuine fakes.

There is very large amount of Russian guests and Germans didn’t really have any issues apart from once at bar but was soon rectified when I piped up to inform them
I was next in line.

Feeding time can be bit of a monkeys tea party at times especially dinner as everyone is back from the beach, just go a little bit later.

If your in the main block above entrance and reception the music can be quite loud if you have kids never bothered me tho.

There’s also 2 blokes who want to take your pictures, this is bloody annoying when your just trying go in grab dinner.

This could be a great hotel just needs few things corrected

Final verdict: would not go back
