Description: Cafe Brule provides a semi-enclosed street side European cafe setting with in-house bakery, light meals and coffee shop. Situated in the centre of the town, next to the old sandstone masterpiece of the Oudtshoorn Museum, the eatery has won a loyal following for its all-day fix of excellent coffee, food and internet. Freshly baked artisan breads daily with a variety of local produce on sale, ranging from locally produced olive oil, jams and wine. Aldo on offer are scrumptious lunches either on a set menu or from our blackboard!

We always try to visit Café Brulee when we are in the Klein Karoo. We stopped here for breakfast and were not disappointed. The quiche was incredible! The food ingredients are of a high quality. Coffee is great and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately we must have had bad timing because the display cases were quite empty but we were happy and satisfied with our ordered food nonetheless. There is a checkers centre across the road with parking which is where we had to park due to the street parking being fully occupied but it was a very short walk. We will return to this cute, classy establishment soon. Date Visited: 06 March 2018

What a find. Went in for lunch, had a veggie wrap and a toasted sandwich, both excellent value for money. Also the coffee is very good. We also purchased a chicken pie and a veggie quiche to take away for later, they were yummmy. The chicken pie was packed full of meat. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Near The Queens hotel, right on the main road, together with other restaurants down the road. This place has the tastiest pies in the city. They are a bit pricey but some would say it's worth the extra pennies. It's nice and clean and had outdoor seating too.

We have been waiting for more than 30minutes and the tables around us have been served already...unfortunately we have already paid otherwise we would have walked out by now. We have a 1year old, therefor we ordered take aways, thinking it would be faster, big mistake! Still waiting...

The family stopped here for a quick snack. Coffee was excellent as were the french fries. Service was good and prices very reasonable. Menu is not very large. Portions are huge - prepare to share.
