Lovely hotel a few kilometers from Pietermartizburg. Being winter the weather was extremely cold and foggy after sunset. The welcome we received was extremely warm, with the fireplace going in the lobby and some drinks and snacks prepared. A nice touch was the personalised letter awaiting us in our rooms.
The Hotel itself is quite an old building but immaculately kept. There are no elevators so be prepared for a flight of stairs or two. The room itself was quite big, and the bathroom was neat and up-to-date.
Halaal food was arranged, at an additional fee. However, the food was not up to the standards of the high additional price you pay. If possible rather buy something from outside.More
