We had breakfast and were very disappointed in first of all the coffee and cappuchino. The coffee was weak and not very tasty. We had hoped for a good coffee for our first cup of the day. We ordered the eggs benedict and felt let down yet again. The waiter came back to say there was no spinach. What arrived was eggs under a hollandaise sauce with an artificial colour which did not taste like a hollandaise sauce at all. The bread looked like yesterday's buns which had been compressed while presumably being toasted. The presentation was slap-dash at most. The 'hollandaise' seemed to have been slapped or thrown on and the dishes looked unappetising upon arrival. Maybe they should not call the dish eggs benedict at all.
