The monument is a wonderful, well kept and beautifully designed monument with lovely art work and stunning gardens. Visit it in festival time when it a hive of activity or visit it at other times during the year to appreciate its position perched on the hills above Grahamstown. It makes for a wonderful gateway into the city of Saints.

Grahamstown itself being a beautiful town and very rich in History. Settlers garden is the perfect spot to get your mind off things, very peaceful and fresh air.
