This is a city of Chandler park. Very well layed out, maintained and family oriented. Easy access and plenty of parking even when sponsored events are going on. Have not been there after dark but if like other Chandler parks very well lit.

I have been to Tumbleweed Park many times for many reasons. Everything there is well laid out and planned around ample free parking. Lots of large grass areas for the kids to play they have an annual 4th of July party with many booths, bands and things for everyone to do. Our granddaughter is playing soccer now, so that is the reason for our current visits to this park. Many, many games going on at the same time, so if you are just visiting, you can see a lot of cute kids playing at one time. There are several pavilions to host birthday parties and the main one is a covered children's area with many large play structures.

While visiting friends in Chandler, we stopped at Tumbleweed Park to let my 9-year-olds burn off some extra energy. The play area has plenty of parking, rocks to climb on, areas for smaller children and a fun "zipline". All the equipment was in working order and a lot of it was shaded. Benches for the parents to use, too. The park was huge, but we only accessed the playground.

Lots of trails and open grass areas. Restroom facilities that are kept fairly clean for a park. Very flat with concrete trails for those who have mobility problems. The community center offers classes as well.
