We try to go to Roy's about once a month. The food is pricey, but really delicious. Their seafood dishes are excellent and the steak and lobster is the best we ever had. Every time we go we are greeted quickly and given the table of our choice. Of course we make reservations and request a booth. On almost every occasion, the manager has come over and asked us if we enjoyed our meal. The servers are all excellent. We've had the pleasure to be waited on by almost all of them in the Chandler restaurant and I can tell you that they really know how to please. Roy's has become our favorite place to eat and it's always a great experience.

Roy's is among the nicest venues for a romantic repast or any gathering with family or friends for Hawaiian-Asian fusion cuisine.

The service was professional and accommodating. While one of our selections took longer than expected, our server, Bruce, was quick to remedy the situation.

The Calamari was superb. It was ever-so-lightly coated and cooked to perfection. The shishito peppers and spicy aioli were the perfect complements to the pallate. To accompany our appetizers we selected Skyfall Pino Gris. This Columbia Valley, WA bottle worried us a bit initially, but it opened up beautifully.

Also recommended is the Sunrise at Haleakala Roll. Beautifully carved, and amazingly fresh ahi, yellow fin, and salmon were rolled in the seaweed, thankfully without copious amounts of rice, crusted with crunchy bits of miso, and served with a duo of drizzles of mustard-based, and ponzu-based sauces.

The appetizers were so generous in portion size. That we were completely satiated, thus opting for a panacotta to finish.

We will certainly return here. I actually enjoyed it better than Roy's at Poi Pu Beach, Kaui!

The last time we ate at Roy's it was on the island of Maui in Hawaii. The Arizona restaurant flies in fresh seafood daily from Hawaii. The food was nothing less than superb. I recommend this restaurant highly, even if you haven't been to Hawaii. It is a true dining experience.

This is an excellent place to go for fine dining. The atmosphere is elegant but you can still be comfortable in casual wear. The food is very delicious and there is a nice variety to choose from. This is not an inexpensive place to eat but if you are a foodie that loves fine dining with a pacific Asian fusion experience this is the place for you.
