This brand new hotel is conveniently located next to the Chandler Fasion Center, with a hip lobby that's comfortable to hang out in, and a staff that is anxious to please. The pool area is small but nice, with a hot tub and plenty of seating. Breakfast offers a good variety, and if you ask they will do eggs to order. In spite of being in a busy location, this is a quiet hotel, with Weston's great mattresses and bedding.

I decided to give this new hotel a shot when my regular Starwood hotel in Chandler was booked solid. It just opened in December and still has that new place smell. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The common areas are roomy, clean and aglow. The breakfasts that roll out fresh and timely every morning are varied and offer healthier alternatives. I was not thrilled to be in the high traffic zone near the mall, but it was not a deal breaker. I found green, open areas elsewhere very easily. The pool area is small but adequate, and there is no Jacuzzi, but that too was no biggie. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, and are taking pride in their new digs. I think this property will appeal to green minded adults and business travelers. There were a number of families and sports teams at the hotel while I was there, but that may have been because it was February school vacation week. Extended stays and relocations will also find The Element to their liking. I think the future is bright for this type of lodging and for this one hotel in particular.

Room tip: Pool facing rooms would be much quieter than street facing

I stayed at this hotel with a number of my coworkers on a business trip and all agreed that this was a beutiful hotel with great amenities. Each room has a kitchen with a real fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal on the kitchen sink, microwave, pots and cooking utensils, etc. There was no bathtub but the shower stall was beautiful, spacious bathroom and safe. The room also had a full desk and sofa...basically, nothing else was needed.

I loved the pool and the lobby. Breakfast had all types of option and they have a little cocktail hour with wine and beer and live music. Definitely would stay there again if given the opportunity.

We have stayed at other Element hotels and love it! This one was no exception, the staff was great, clean rooms, and the bed sooo comfortable! The breakfast is pretty standard for complimentary... but filled the void.

This element hotel probably has one of the best location you could ask for. You are centrally located around Phoenix, Tempe, and other cities around Chandler AZ. Restaurant, shops, recreation, and sites are also within minutes of the hotel. The hotel had a lot of great qualities, but a few short comings. The room we had has a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, sink, toaster, op great bed and good size bathroom. On the down side their choice in pillows are lame, it take 3 pillows to give your head support. The morning breakfast is basic at best, good thing we were able to adapt in our small kitchen in our room. The pool and area around it was nice, but I wish the had a hot tub. It does sell microwaveable food for quick meals if you need one which is a great option to have, with other treats as well. Overall we had a very nice stay, I would recommend the element hotel.
