This hotel recently handled our banquet with more than a 100 attendees, food was excellent, service was outstanding. Table decorations top notch.
Everything planned went off as promised. The catering department is a joy to work with and they deliver as advertised.

We had an extended stay in Casa Grande and in-laws recommended this hotel. Fantastic stay! The highlight is the complimentary breakfast: bacon, sausage, scrambled and special eggs, waffles, oatmeal -- these may sound "typical" but the quality of the food here is a whole cut above other hotels. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Although it was over Christmas holiday, we enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Heading back for post-New Years days. Can't wait!

Room tip: Ask for a room facing the pool. The other side has an active railroad nearby.

We stayed here over the Christmas Holidays and had two rooms for three nights. The hotel was pretty much empty. The first night was great. The 2nd night was absolutely a night from hell. I don't say this lightly. I've traveled all over and have never given a one star rating. The two rooms we had were not adjoining. Instead our room was adjoining another room. The 2nd night someone came into that room around 9:30 pm. Proceeded to make a very loud phone call and and an angry one at that. After hanging up, getting in the fridge for more beer (we could hear EVERYTHING), burping, etc he made another phone call. Every other word was a F word, he was extremely angry at something. This went on until 12:00 midnight. We then decided we didn't want to get the front desk involved because we were scared he'd know that it was our room or the other room that my mother in law was in that called, so we called his room to tell him to see if he'd quiet down. We called, he answered "take out or delivery" and hung up and ran out the door. We then called the front desk to see what was going on. We were concerned it was an employee. They were to send someone, which they may have, but he was gone. He returned at 1:08 a.m., got another beer, left again at 1:26 pm slamming doors all the time. Came back at 1:43 a.m.. Continuing to drink beer, talk on the phone. Then a women showed up at around 2 a.m. We then called the front desk again. At 2:30 security showed up and told them to be quiet. They talked for another half our and finally it was quiet. We stayed up until 3:30 a.m. because we were scared about the gentleman. He was an ANGRY man. Don't get me wrong. At 2: 30 a.m. they did ask us if we wanted to change rooms. We were exhausted! I asked them to make him change rooms. That didn't happen. I told them the next morning at the front desk. They gave me 50% off the rate for the one night, which I absolutely think should of been free or at least of heard from the management. They did assure us that he was not in the room the next night. And he wasn't. The next night after not going to sleep until 3:30 the night before, we went to bed around 9:00 pm. We then woke up to our bathtub making noises. The bathtub was baking up and filling with water. We called maintenance and there was really nothing that could of been done at that time. Being in the lodging industry myself, I find it unimaginable that we didn't even get an apology.

That all said, the room was nice and the pool area great. The staff was very nice, but didn't have the ability to really do anything.

Also said, we were also charged $10.00 more per night than we booked. However, that was taken care of once I called.

The place is dirty. Dirt hanging from the fan in the kitchen.
At breakfast we saw the staff clear the tables, put new rollups down and then walk around and kinda wipe the tables. Gross.
We were told we would be given a good room. It was on the first floor. Could hear those above us.
The free wifi was frustrating uneven throughout the stay.

Stayed just one night enroute to Bisbee. We found our initial room too hot and noisy so asked to be moved which was done without hesitation by the friendly receptionist, Genesis. This room was very nice and faced the inner courtyard. We had dinner in the lounge; food was so-so but service was very good. The lounge itself lacked atmosphere but it was nice to have a one on-site after a long drive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff allowed us to park our motorcycle under cover in front of the lobby which we appreciated. Overall good value.
