We originally tried to book at Sapa Eden but it was fully booked so she recommended her brothers new hotel 'Stunning View'.
We ended up staying 3 nights in Room 205 which had a balcony with stunning views, cable TV, wifi, clean bathroom, free breakfast for only $16 a night.
It was a bit further away from the main area but we thought this was an advantage as we had a good nights sleep due it to being quiet. The views from outside are so amazing.
The staff are really eager to please and this shows. They are really helpful in giving advice on where to go and booking well priced tours.
They are newly opened so they are still learning but I would definitely recommend/ stay again.
Sapa is amazing so don't miss it!
(I think this place should be listed under hotels not holiday rentals)
We stayed there for 3 nights and this is One of the most memorable place we've stayed so far. This hotel is very cozy and has charm with big room with good facilities. We stayed in a room with a balcony and from there we can see the best view in Muong Hoa valley and from the top of the hotel you can see the whole sapa town view its the best view and its amazing at night. Breakfast is included and they have an electric blanket which was the first time we experience it. . Staffs are so friendly specially Mr Manh they are willing to help you even you have a lot of questions. They also organize the tour around sapa and there you can meet new friend and hang out with them.
I will recommend this hotel when you visit Vietnam :D

It's my 2nd winter in Sapa.
Last time (3years ago), i stayed at Sapa Eden. Everything is quite good except the water heater in restroom.
(Hot water come out only 10minutes and then very cool water!!!)
This hotel has no problem about that.
Good place, best scenery and beautiful room.
We really loved staying at Sapa stunning view hotel. We were here over New Year's Eve and thought that the room was very clean, warm (yay heating!), the shower was fantastic and that the staff were very kind and helpful. And, the view is really amazing! I really wish we could have stayed longer.
You will be welcomed by the manager Mr Nam, he will offer you the best price and
Arrange the early check in for free of charged, he also can arrange the tour trekking around sapa erea easily
The hotel is a bit hard to find (at least with Google maps) so if you're getting here by yourself, make sure you have a decent map and an address with you. We walked over from where the bus drops you off and it was probably a 15 min walk (not a bad one) but you're getting harassed pretty often by the local brother of minority trying to sell you stuff.
I really must thank the staff during our stay. They were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to make our stay in Sapa great. Many thanks!
