This is a nice place to look around and find out a little more about Alaska. They even gave my 8 year old a scavenger hunt sheet to fill out. There are some interactive displays too.

Well worth the $5 entry fee. Nice displays and lots of useful information about the immediate area and all of Alaska.

We didn't realize the hours it was open and just missed it. However a ranger coming out was super cool with our 5 year old son and ran back in for the Junior Ranger activity book and said we could mail it in for the badge.

This is an excellent way to start your visit to Ketchikan. Beautiful building holding many interesting interactive exhibits and a film about the salmon industry in this area. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff make this a good place to visit for all the family.

A very nice place to bring family and friend to visit. This is our first stop in town. We glad that we stop here. There is a presentation movie about the people and town. this presentation helped us more appreciate when we walk around the town. My daughter enjoyed a scavenger hunt.
