This is a lovely hotel on the west side of town, close to the park called La Sabana. It has restaurants in walking distance, and a wonderful, wonderful staff. We stayed here twice, and both times were very happy. We also left our luggage here between stays, and they were very accommodating. Coffee pots in the rooms are available, drinking water is purified, both king sized rooms were beautiful. There are safe's in the rooms. There is a beautiful courtyard restaurant (pricy), that serves breakfast and dinner.
We walked to La Sabana, which has the new soccer stadium and one museum. A few restaurants in walking distance. Most of the action is more toward the center of town, requiring a cab, car or bus ride.
