We stayed here with my parents for a week this winter. We had an amazing time. It was our fist time to Costa Rica and we will definitely be back.
The condo is large and bright and in a great location. It’s located near the quieter end of the beach but still close enough to walk (we took cabs as well which were easy to get and super cheap).
The view from the balcony is incredible. The perfect spot for curling up on a lounger with a good book! The balcony was also our nightly sunset meeting point! There are 2 choices for pools. There’s the smaller pool area out front which also has a tiny pool for the little ones. Or you have full access to the resort next door with a few pools, waterfall and waterslide with lounge furniture and umbrellas for shade. They also serve yummy frozen cocktails!
My parents really appreciated the ultra comfortable beds and we loved that there were TV’s in each bedroom too.
The decor was lovely and inviting and the staff was helpful. The kitchen had a good assortment of dishes and cookware but we ended up eating out at the local restaurants or went to the beach bar a block away.
Shelley was easy to communicate with and very helpful, her property manager was able to make a ton of suggestions and arranged tours for us and even arranged out airport transfers.
Overall a great experience and great place to stay. We hope will go get a chance to go back again!
Our stay was awesome!!
The suite itself was super clean, large in size, warm and inviting as well as tastefully decorated. The balcony was more like a terrace with lots of space to hang out, relax or entertain.
The view was ridiculous with a mountain and river to my right and long sprawling coast to my left.
The building pool was nice but having access to Crocs was clutch. Crocs had an awesome relaxed atmosphere; had great food and they would even serve us in the pool!! We had all the benefits of using the Crocs casino without having to pay insane Crocs prices.
We had an opportunity to meet the owners and they were great. They helped us out with best places to go/eat and excursions to do. I even commented on how Steve the owner should open up his own tour guide company.
I’m in the process of making arrangements for next year’s trip.
We stayed here for a week in February. The condo was in a perfect location. It's at the quieter end of the beach but still close to everything. There was a great beach bar for food and drinks just down the beach. The pool at Crocs is amazing but the pool at the Palms was nice because we could bring our own drinks. Patio was awesome and the perfect spot for sunsets! Decor was nice and Stephanie the manager was great. She booked some activities for us and made good recommendations. Would stay here again if we come back to Jaco.
