Though it requires something of a walk from the bustling heart of Tamarindo, this restaurant based squarely on the Tamarindo Estuary provided nothing short of a great culinary experience. Though our reservations with them got lost, they were very accommodating, serving us an hour before we were anticipated. We ordered the rack of lamb over baby potatoes and asparagus, which were amazing, and the lobster with rice and Asian-style vegetables. Everything came promptly and the portions were large, with five lamb chops and three large lobster tails, all with an amazing view of the beach that was more secluded than the many beach clubs further towards the center of town. They even provided an easy solution when the outdoor flies started being an issue. Altogether a great experience.
