I attended Rythmia Life Advancement Center with my daughter Nicole. Both of us are Veterans and suffer from PTSD. The week I spent at Rythmia was awe inspiring. I received my miracle and my life is so much better now. Anxiety, night sweats, intrusive thoughts, triggers...all gone! This trip saved my life. The photo attached is with me and the founder Gerry. This was a vacation like no other and if you are reading this you are most likely a seeker... just like me! Maybe you are seeking new experiences, spiritual awakening or profound healing. I will tell you I got all 3 at Rythmia.
First I want to talk about the property, its breathtaking and well manicured. The rooms are fresh and clean, the bedding is extremely comfortable with a well appointed bathroom.
There is a spa on the property and your stay will include some services which is an added bonus.
The food is quite delicious and nutritious and designed to promote the healing and cleansing of your body.
The ceremonies are the most important aspect of Rythmia and this was the most transformational week of my life. I discovered the beliefs that were buried like ancient ruins in my subconscious mind. I grieved my daughter who passed when I was 19 in 1993. I also came to terms with my divorce which ripped me apart 10 years ago and found a deep appreciation for my mother who I was able to forgive. I filled up my journal with the insights I recieved.
Of all the places I have travelled to, and of all the wonderful life experiences I have accumulated, nothing comes close to what I have experienced at Rythmia. This past week has been truly profound and life changing!
Rythmia offers transformational breath work classes (and they're not lying about the 'transformational' part lol), yoga, fresh organic food, hydrocolonic cleanses and massages. They also teach Michael Beckwith's 'The Answer Is You' programme (you may recognise him from the film 'The Secret'). Plus you have the option of taking part in four sacred plant medicine ceremonies.
The plant medicine ceremonies were the highlight of my trip. I had three sacred surgeries, cleared past traumas and healed a number of physical ailments in my body including 3 herniated disc's in my lower back, sinusitis and a very small cancer cell the size of a pea. This might sound crazy and hard to believe for those who haven't yet experienced the profound healing benefits of Ayahuasca, but it's real - the medicine really works!
I couldn't imagine drinking Ayahuasca anywhere other than at Rythmia. The Shamans created such a safe and loving environment and held space for us all to step into our power.
All of the staff were incredible and were always on hand whenever I needed anything.
If you are looking to heal past traumas, physical ailments or you simply want to expand your mind and consciousness, Rythmia is the place to be.

This is a very special destination and powerful experience facilitated by some of the kindest, most genuine and thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in the hospitality/service industry.
I have never felt compelled to write a review for any trip, hotel or restaurant in any of my many travels around the globe ... until now.
It would be impossible for me to explain in just a few words, or any at all, the significance of what can happen here when one surrenders to the highly intelligent design of it's (metaphorical) architecture and intention.
I witnessed 'broken' people made whole again and well people made better. Those who had a hard time smiling on day one were glowing with a radiance of empowerment by day two or day three. By day six or seven most felt "reborn". There were people from all walks of life, backgrounds and experiences with vastly different reasons for being present, and yet everyone was very much the same by the time we all left; truly happy!
I came here by myself and very curious on a recommendation. By the time I left Rythmia after one week I had a sense of unparalleled fulfillment and overwhelming joy. It was an absolutely awesome overall experience.
I couldn't think of a better recommendation to give anyone who is looking for a profound journey into the most sacred place on the face of the earth; themselves.

Have you ever gone on a vacation and still could not settle down? Well the moment you walk on this property all your anxieties and tension melt away. No huge crowds, no loud music, no kids. It is very private with lovely room accommodations, a friendly, helpful staff, beautiful pool and the tastiest, healthiest food ever! So if you are looking for a place to rest and rejuvenate, this is your place! And that is not even the best part. The plant ceremonies, which are optional, are a must! Words can not describe the experience and everyone's experience is different. I left there so peaceful and full of love and thus far it has remained. Things that used to set me off, don't. But, the most amazing thing for me, is that I am free of specific bodily pain(TFL) that has been plaguing me for two years. Being free of this pain has allowed me to take walks again. What a gift! I look forward to returning to Rythmia. My prayer is that everyone experience this type of spiritual healing. What a better world it would be. Just go, you will be glad you did!
