Rythmia is an amazing all-inclusive retreat. They think of every detail to make your stay there perfect. The food was fabulous. I was honestly nervous about taking the "medicine" but I'm glad I did because it helped me completely clear the negative energy that had been in my life for years. I learned a lot about my past and my future. It was a life changing experience for sure. I think everyone should go to Rythmia!
The birthday of a lifetime. I went to Rythmia one person, and I came back another. I cannot begin to explain the magic goes on at Rythmia. They opened my mind, and let me see the truth. Now I’m back in the real world trying to make sense of everything, and continue to search for answers. I cannot wait to go back in 2020 for my next birthday in every birthday for now on. It will be like a tuneup to remind me where I come from and what’s the purpose of my life in this planet. I miss everyone that works there, each person that brought life back into my heart. I cried the last day that I was there uncontrollably Because I knew that I was leaving a part of my heart and there.:( Until we meet again. I will continue to beat you like a worrier spreading the news and hoping that I can persuade people into coming and seeing the truth that can only be found when you dive into your subconscious mind. I feel so safe and loved. I can’t wait to feel that again.
I want to video on Thanksgiving week for some self love and healing. The grounds are absolutely stunning and extremely well-kept. The staff were amazing with customer service a top priority.

It wasn’t my first time doing Ayahuasca so I knew what to expect. The ceremony were very well run & I really enjoyed the 4 days back to back.
My week started with an orientation and then straight to a breath work class. It’s all business at Rythmia... no time wasted. So be ready to jump right in after your long day of travel.

This is my third trip to Rythmia in three years. My experiences and growth there just keep improving my life . Before I add the luxury and fun details, know this: you can take a vacation anywhere....or you can gift yourself a vacation at Rythmia that will support you for the rest of your life. For many, even if they only go once, it actually gives them back their life. I am a health professional and it is important for you to know the following because Ayahuasca, plant medicine, and "journeying" are becoming more and more well known.It is essential to "journey" with it a. in a safe environment b. with experienced support staff c. to have safe Ayahuasca plant medicine. Rythmia is the only medically licensed facility in the world. The entire environment supports your well-being, growth and if necessary, previous trauma release. Also, know that It is not necessary to take the plant medicine to experience a positive life change. The transformational breathing offered there is also extraordinary and for many, life changing. The food is healthy and organic, the staff is friendly and truly notices and remembers their guests, massages are excellent, colonics are offered as well as detoxifying mid, the sleeping facilities are luxurious with down comforters. I mention the latter because my first journeys were in the jungle in Peru. Rythmia is the path to take. I'm happy to discuss Rythmia with anyone seriously interested in living the best life they can. I got back a few days ago from an amazing trip to Costa Rica. It’s taken a few days to process everything enough to sit down and write about it. Most of the trip I spent in a beautiful resort called Rythmia Life Advancement Center. And they truly live up to the name. They provide a variety of healthy procedures and excellent organic food to help support you on your transformational path. You could swim in the pool, do yoga in the morning (which I did for the first time in my life), get a colon cleanse, (also for the first time in my life and may be one of the reasons I lost 5 pounds on the trip) , use the gym, hang out in a hammock, get a massage, or slap on some mud to suck out your toxins. The staff was very friendly and helpful and most spoke English so I had no trouble being understood.
While all those amenities are nice the main attraction are the plant medicine ceremonies and the transformational breathing. For 4 nights in a row we took some plant medicine or Ayahuasca in order to deal with traumatic experiences in the past and to really position yourself for amazing growth in the future. Each night was overseen by a different Shaman and their support staff who really understood the medicine and were there to help you. I felt very safe in that environment. One vision I had, allowed me process a lot of the grief I had held in over Rachel’s (my late wife) death. Needless to say there were more than a few tears shed. But at the end of each evening I felt revitalized and lighter in spirit. I had some fun visions too such as the troop of Minions (yes the yellow movie minions) danced in and gave me some spiritual surgery on my tennis elbows and stiff back. At the end of each night they allowed people to share some of their experiences if they wished and we heard some amazing stories.
All 60 of us were pretty close by the end of the week, almost like a large extended family. There were people there from all over the world but mainly Americans, Canadians and Australians, aged from 20 up to 80.
After the week at Rythmia, Adrea and a few more of her friends and I went into a local tourist town call Tamarindo and spent a couple of nights on a beach side hotel there. We went kayaking and snorkeling and saw some beautiful fish. We couldn’t swim in front of our hotel because it was to close to the place where the crocodiles hung out. After that it was time to head for the airport and fly on home. Oh well, back to reality. I am looking forward to doing it again next year.
This was the best spiritual week of my life, which was far beyond my expectations. I am excited to see where the information I received will take me in my next phase in life. At this all-inclusive luxury resort the staff was accommodating to all my needs and was available whenever I needed them. My room, resort grounds and amenities were spectacularly clean. The food was excellent. All the guess for this week, were wonderful people. I made many new friends.
