I got back a few days ago from an amazing trip to Costa Rica. It’s taken a few days to process everything enough to sit down and write about it. Most of the trip I spent in a beautiful resort called Rythmia Life Advancement Center. And they truly live up to the name. They provide a variety of healthy procedures and excellent organic food to help support you on your transformational path. You could swim in the pool, do yoga in the morning (which I did for the first time in my life), get a colon cleanse, (also for the first time in my life and may be one of the reasons I lost 5 pounds on the trip) , use the gym, hang out in a hammock, get a massage, or slap on some mud to suck out your toxins. The staff was very friendly and helpful and most spoke English so I had no trouble being understood.
While all those amenities are nice the main attraction are the plant medicine ceremonies and the transformational breathing. For 4 nights in a row we took some plant medicine or Ayahuasca in order to deal with traumatic experiences in the past and to really position yourself for amazing growth in the future. Each night was overseen by a different Shaman and their support staff who really understood the medicine and were there to help you. I felt very safe in that environment. One vision I had, allowed me process a lot of the grief I had held in over Rachel’s (my late wife) death. Needless to say there were more than a few tears shed. But at the end of each evening I felt revitalized and lighter in spirit. I had some fun visions too such as the troop of Minions (yes the yellow movie minions) danced in and gave me some spiritual surgery on my tennis elbows and stiff back. At the end of each night they allowed people to share some of their experiences if they wished and we heard some amazing stories.
All 60 of us were pretty close by the end of the week, almost like a large extended family. There were people there from all over the world but mainly Americans, Canadians and Australians, aged from 20 up to 80.
After the week at Rythmia, Adrea and a few more of her friends and I went into a local tourist town call Tamarindo and spent a couple of nights on a beach side hotel there. We went kayaking and snorkeling and saw some beautiful fish. We couldn’t swim in front of our hotel because it was to close to the place where the crocodiles hung out. After that it was time to head for the airport and fly on home. Oh well, back to reality. I am looking forward to doing it again next year.

This was the best spiritual week of my life, which was far beyond my expectations. I am excited to see where the information I received will take me in my next phase in life. At this all-inclusive luxury resort the staff was accommodating to all my needs and was available whenever I needed them. My room, resort grounds and amenities were spectacularly clean. The food was excellent. All the guess for this week, were wonderful people. I made many new friends.

I went from trying to kill myself twice to JOY JOY JOY! I got my miracle in the first 48 hours, so the rest of the week was bonus. I took part in everything that they had to offer from Yoga, Transformational Breath-work, Ayahuasca, Hydracolonics , Classes with Michael Bernard Beckwith, and more... yes theres MORE! Gerry is saving thousands of lives at Rythmia Life Advancement Center. I am no longer suicidal, depressed, anxious, and NO MORE PTSD!!! Luxury accommodations and beautiful people inside and out. They have experts in every corner to help you through your whole experience so there's no fear in trying plant medicine for the first time. my advice.... GO TO RYTHMIA NOW! Don't waste another minute of your life in your struggle. Go to Rythmia and get the RESET button pushed:)

Room tip: all rooms are the same, it just depends on how much room or privacy you want. You can have a roommate, or not.

Location is just over 1 hour drive from airport in Liberia, Costa Rica. If you book the shuttle when you make reservations at Rythmia, then the cost is just a little more than a cab... but more comfortable and safer! From top to bottom, the staff at Rythmia are the best at making you feel comfortable and well cared for. Most speak English very well. The food at Rythmia is healthy and delicious! My room was clean and comfortable. A wide variety of activities such as motivational speakers, yoga, meditation, breath work, and plant medicine all make Rythmia a great place to seek life advancement breaking old thought patterns, releasing blockages that may be holding you back, and discovering new awareness. I've visited Rythmia three times in the past year, and am blessed for having done so.

So to keep it short and sweet, the resort itself was extremely nice and spacious with great staff, extremely good food which is actually healthy, no red meat but always poultry and fish options otherwise mostly vegetarian, so the resort itself I would give a full rating on amenities and quality, however that's before their life advancement program, a large group of people don't quote me but 50-100 people start off as strangers and by the end there is a real sense of family, they have a schedule recommended to be followed with workshops and classes with wonderful teachers and speakers. For the actual life advancement part with the ceremonies, quickly put it takes you on a journey within yourself and actually heals the soul, because once you heal what's up there what's down here follows in suit. I said in my description they put a price on a miracle, well they did and miracles are priceless, 10/10 will definitely be planning to stay again likely within the same year. the rooms themselves are clean and spacious, fully functional ac and wifi obviously, buffet style meals. On a personal note I was plagued with social anxiety that was bad to the point of only leaving home for work on top of other emotional problems that have been fully resolved, coincidentally I wear glasses, I actually need glasses to drive however after a week here I no longer need them to see and others have experienced even more in terms of physical ailments being healed or past traumas. I probably skipped over a few things but this would be my personal highlights of the stay, cannot recommend it highly enough, the price is rather high but if you were deciding between here and another resort, one must ask themselves what they end up taking back, sunburns? A couple of trinkets from a shop? No, an entirely new perspective on life because of the dedication of all the amazing people working together to heal humanity at this beautiful little corner of the world. Shout-out to Gerard A. powell the architect of this place who was a millionaire several times over, because the price could've easily been increased as a more exclusive experience but it only takes what is needed to cover its expenses as it is very well staffed and offers a premium life experience. If anyone actually read through and is still on the fence, this was the most amazing week of my life, with all my heart I say, go get your miracle.
