The best servers’ skills and talent come to the test with large groups. Sometimes it becomes a hit and miss. It was the case with us. One of the group members ordered a medium well steak. They put on a show, turn off the lights and poured evergreen to the meat and light it up with fire for it to sizzle and smoke and get everyone’s attention. But the food was not prepared properly. So it was returned. While waiting, actually before waiting, that person asked for a dessert menu just to look. This would have been the time to give but it did not come. Many other things happened as in, water and other orders were not tended to properly or timely after at least a couple of requests.
Their seating is open with palapa ceiling, lots of lights, like a Hawaiian and tropic ambiance.
