The Global Harbor Shopping Mall was the hugest in Shanghai, possibly even China, when it was built about a year ago. It has a luxury car dealership. It has a supermarket. It goes on almost forever across about five floors.

Today, there are lots of empty shop spaces, or more specifically, shop spaces with new tenants arriving soon.

There is a large number of bars and restaurants. This is apparently because online shopping has proven to be a problem for bricks and mortar stores in malls. They have become entertainment complexes where you would also go for drinks, dinner and a movie.

The place is grand, clean and modern. Unfortunately, it's a letdown from the shopping perspective.

Easy access by metro line 13/3/4. This is huge European theme shopping mall. Often coming here because almost can find anything here from local brand to international brand, cinema, gym, all kind of foods, desserts, gift, etc. I think the highlight is the glass floor. Many store upstairs haven't open. Suitable for all ages. Just hate the smoke smell all over the toilets.
Christmas is coming to town! But isn't the Christmas decorations looks low budget?

The whole centre is one big copy of the Trafford centre in Manchester. No originality in design whatsoever. Not impressed at all.

Visited this shopping mall recently and was not disappointed. Many good stores with a good variety of restaurant's as well. 4 floors plus 2 basement levels, two subways (3/4 and 13) can bring you to the mall. Fairly new (mid 2013 opened) and spacious. From upper level you have a nice skylight view to the outside.
